Can i use this module for controlling the KC-868-H32BS for controlling 220 volt load using 10A relay with 12 V DC coil from local market, see the attached photo.

no problem. just your relay work coin is DC12V.

Iis any way to use the KC-868-H32BS as KC-868-H32B to connect my 220 v load to the output of controller since the liad is 3A or less?

just need add extend relay module, such as KC868-E16, because KC868-H32BS is 32 channel MOSFET output.
