Hi, 

I have both the KC868-H32B and KC868-H32L. 

Is it possible to extend / chain the two controllers so i have 64 relay's? 

And is it then also possible to control them over HTTP like : 
http://192.168.1.10/sw_ctl.cgi?Relay64=ON

H32L not support http , only H32B support http and mqtt.

And is it possible to chain / extend the H32B with the H32L so we have 64 relays?

can't connect second controller to first controller.
But you can just let every controller connect to your router by network cable, send command to different IP address.
