Why my KC868 A4 after 2 days not working or stop working but the power led still on. It's must switch off the power then switch on the power it will work again. after 2 days it will stop working again.

can you replace with another new DC12v power supply for a test.

You were right. It's all about a power supply of 12v. It's enough power actually. TQ.

use a high quality power supply is the most important, if from KinCony, we use high quality powre supply.
