Is it possible to get an 0-10v output from this board instead of PWM?

sure, KC868-AP use for output 0-10v

Is it possible to provide an example config to output 0-10v?
I'm using ESPhome and home assistant.

Every channel outputs a PWM signal.

I'm trying to do this but with the KC868-AP.

sure, just KC868-AP already have led driver circuit on the PCB, KC868-D16 need to add extend led driver.

Is there some parameter I need to change to change the current PWM signal?

if you want output dc0-10v, you need to use 10v power supply.
