Hello,
I have a small question about colb temperature input, what kind of sensor i must use since it has 3 terminals? So i cant use temperature sensor with 2 wires? Or how?

that use DS18B20 temperature sensor, use Vcc, Data and GND.

So i cant use any other temperature sensor ? Like pt100? Or anything else

you can use any dc 0-5v output signal sensor. if you want to use pt100, you need add a circuit convert pt100 resistance -> 0-5v signal. there are some convert module in market.
