How can I learn the IR remote for air conditioners of an unknown brand to use the Homassetant

if AC not in list in the table how can I learn ir remote in home assistant?

use ESPHome IR receiver and sender functon:
1. dump your IR remote's signal
2. create a switch button send the "learned" IR signal.
