download the ZIP file , unzip update the bin file for KC868-H32B relay controller by USB-RS232 cable.

Hello, I bought the Smart Controller H32bb21010238 in a bundle with KC868-Hx smart controller by RS232 port. I am very satisfied now I wanted to upgrade to firmware V.4.13 to 4.20 and it didn't work. Unfortunately, the controller is now only after restart reachable in the network. Can you help me? :-)

what's your means? can you take a video?

do you have download the zip file directly? or you have unzip to BIN file to download?

I have unzip zip file and uploaded the "Relay32_V420_210414.bin" with bootlader serial at the com port. ---- Download ------ Run ---- wait ---- Restart.
Version no. remains V.4.13

Is the version jump too high?

take a photo of your controller. I think you are using KC868-H32L, not KC868-H32B. you have write the wrong firmware to it, so can't work now.

solved.
reset firmware
update 4.01 (Serial)
separate router 192.168.1.1 advertise with cable
update 4.20 (Serial)
search for KC868-Eth-xxxxx
LAN connection 192.168.xxx
Set mqtt
Install the iobroker server
node red
and everything is ok: - =]
Now I can use the controler with buttons, RC, Vis in my own cloud.
