Hello, i need your help on checking if i choosed the right components for a new house build, it contains 2 floors.

First floor: 50 lights
                3 ac conditioner(3 different rooms)
                7 blind motors
                6 pir sensor

Second floor: 40 lights
                    2 ac conditioner
                    8 blind motors
                    4 pir sensor
                    3 Glass break sensor

And also alexa speaker to control the whole house on voice control

I choosed:
4 h32b
4 switch terminal board
1 colb
2 blind motors switch( to control 2 blinds manually)
4 kc-102 (3 to control 3 ac in 3 different rooms and 1 for controlling 2 ac next to the each other)
4 alexa speakers with kc-atc to support alexa voice control

Im using tuya app and kincony smart home app

Now am i missing a piece that i need for this new house building?
Best regards,
1. suggest you chose KC868-H32B Pro instead of KC868-H32B, so that can support alexa voice control directly without tuya adapter.

2. switch terminal board is stop produce now, replaced by KC868-AK, it will support switch button for "1-click" , "double-click" and "hold on" actions define by user.
Alright, so anything else is correct, im not missing another piece/device?

Also as i see h32b pro output load is only 12v but i have only 220vac , any solution ?
H32B Pro relay can control 220vac load, no problem. NOT only 12v load.
do you will use Tuya application?
Yes tuya and kincony smart home
ok, use Tuya app is no problem, KC868-COLB will release new firmware to support tuya app.
Alright so now all my pieces is correct, im not missing any piece yes?
product type no problem, just you need to calculate the channels for how many controllers to use.
Since that switch terminal board not produced anymore, can i use kc868-AK with h32b?
sure, we make KC868-AK just instead of "switch terminal board".
