I have a device KC868 COLB MINI , i try to configure this by connecting power source and ethernet but i didn't find any ip address in the ip scanner and i dont have any response from the device side.... please help me to configure this

in KC868 COLB MINI controller i have connected both the power and ethernet cables, and switch it into ethernet mode but i didn't get any ip address by the ip scanner... please help...

KC868-COLB and your computer all connect to same router, MUST in same network.

already connected in same network only...

take some photos let me have a look is better. maybe your scan device tool have not chose the correct network card.

e.) Hold on Ethenret mode button, when the [yellow and white and blue LED] all is ON, release it, then work mode in “TCP Server” and IP (192.168.1.200) by static mode;

Note: after changed mode, the controller will restart automatically.

The controller default work mode is DHCP and TCP Server mode.

you can use kincony scan device tool to find out controller ip.

what's means of "control" ? read sensor data or control a relay?
