I purchased Tuya licence for my esp32 board I have added Tuya credentials in the code as per your instructions. But all devices are not discovered on HA & offline on Tuya too.

our tuya license only use for your own board's relay. so you can use tuya app to remote control your relay switch.
what's your esp32 board's chip model?
espHome detected that "ESP32-D0WD-V3"

It's working properly in espHome without Tuya credentials.

just do as our yaml config about tuya license, it really can't work with your board, tell us, refund tuya license money to you.
I am trying all the way from yesterday but not connect with Tuya. Checked with four device only configured in YAML with your code too.. But no success.
make sure your tuya server location is correctly with your tuya account, make sure you have define correctly server location in your yaml.
