Hello
Can i use the relay to signal contactor to turn on or off ?
Also can the relays work as a dry contact ?
How long wire can i use for tempreature sensor and for water level sensor ? Can it be 30 meters long ?

sure, our relay controller relay is dry contactor, it have not connect with any power.
what temperature sensor you will use ? DS18B20? 30 meter is too long, maybe you need to use thick wire, test with 30 meter, i am not sure whether can work stable.
