Hello,
Since a few days I have been having problems with the analog outputs on my KC868-AIO. (KC868-AIO-EXTAO--V1.2)
channels 1 to 6 work normally
Channels 7 and 8 are off and no longer respond to anything. (the LEDs on the PCB are also off. With a voltmeter I measure 0V on the output)
channel 9 works normally.
Channels 10 and 11 are off and no longer respond to anything. (the LEDs on the PCB burn at 100%. With a voltmeter I measure 11.72V on the output)
When other channels are at 100% I measure 10.2V on the output.
channels 12 to 16 work normally.
When I disconnect all outputs, the above remains the same.
All other inputs and outputs work normally.

I have no idea what happened.
My configuration has not changed.
All outputs are connected to the exact same type of dimmers.

What else can I test?
Is there something wrong with the "KC868-AIO-EXTAO--V1.2" board?

you can test with KCS firmware, check these DAC ports whether work well.

I installed the KCS software today to test with.
The exact same problems.
Channels 7 and 8 are "on" in the KCS software but the output stays low.
Channels 10 and 11 are "off" in the KCS software but the output is 11.72V.

What are the next steps i need to take?

the AIO before is work well, no problem. after used some time, then begin this issue.
or the first time use AIO, already have this issue?

It's my first time using these channels.
At first I only used the first 8 channels because I only had 8 dimmers.
Channel 7 and 8 worked before.

This is strange, if you use ESPHome and KCS firmware all have same problem. maybe the GREEN pcb have some problem.
