Hello!
I have some questions.
1. Can I install the KC868-H32B without MC.
2. If yes, What are there problems?


After installing we have a problem that turn on, turn off several times. KC868-H32B is goes down.
I do not know what's wrong.

1. what's MC? MCB?
if you connect AC contactor with KC868-H32B, need install RC snubber.

1. magnetic contactor.

Equipment installation is as follow.

router - H32b - 6 AC contactor - 6 equipments 
                    - 26 direct connections for equipments(using low power)

and turn on, turn off several times, H32b(tcp, mqtt) goes down.

I have four h32b. changing another and try, also goes down.

2. Is it possible without contactor and controlling switch?

3. I think relay module in H32b is independent with load, Is wrong electrical load connection make H32b to be down?

4. Generally what circumstances does it make H32b go down?[attachment=289]

Because the contactor has a strong interference signal. Here are two video tour for you to fix this problem, just use RC snubber is ok. if you can connect with Resistance and capacitance also can solve this problem.

KC868-H32B use by AC contactor , so need add RC snubber to kill interference signal.
KC868-H32BS use by DC contactor, so not need to add snubber. because it's DC, not AC.
