Hello,
I'm using Home Assistant to control my home.

I bought a KC868_A6 (currenly with Software Version v2.2.14) in order to :

1. use built-in digital Inputs & outputs
   
2. get values from built-in analog inputs
   
3. control a  PowerFlex 4M AC drive (send commands / receive status) via RS485 port
   

I'm using protocol MQTT and for 1 & 2, no problem, all works as expected.
But for the 3, I don't know how to proceed. Does someone have an idea please ?

you can config by esphome according to your AC driver's protocol.

Thanks for your prompt answer. So meaning that there is no way to use MQTT with HA to control a RS485 device? 

yes, KCS v3 firmware ONLY use by KinCony TS RS485 temperature sensor for MQTT.
