I have attached a Diagram - Actually, i am looking for a water level monitor.

how about if i use single copper (Blue in Diagram) wire -- use it for GND in KC868-Server
Another - Single copper (Red in Diagram) wire - use it for Digital Input in KC868-Server 

directly put both the copper wire in Water Tank -  will LED - show on/off in HA dashboard ?

if it works - I will try to make the Relay ON/OFF of the water pump

i am not use your sensor output what signal. But if you want to monitor water level, usually we will use analog water level sensor. or float switch water level sensor, here is webpage: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2251832805783103.html

I have tried to make a water level indicator without the use of a company Sensor 
I have tested it in my water tank and it is working but need your feedback which help me a lot

I have attached a Word file - with the name - Water Level Indication - (Diagram, steps)

on the basis of Binary Input-1, Input-2 ( on | off ) Status of LED, I will try to make an automation script for the Turn On | Off Relay used for the water pump

i think only water can't short for DIGITAL INPUT and GND. you can try, do you have tested?

yes, I have tested my water tank (1000 liter)- it working

is it okay to use or need more to check?

if digital input port can be detect ON/OFF different state in home assistant. OK, just go on.
