Sir I don't really get you, what I did is that I only flashed KC868-A8s esp32 board and I expected after I do it the board will start accepting my sketch uploads as shown in the video link you sent. Could you please hook up a team viewer meeting with me so that you help me to solve it please

I solved my problem...I changed esp 32E chip that came with A8s board and replaced it with new esp32 chip and that board works fine. Thanks for your feedbacks and support
