DO options in IFTTT:
you can set and separated by a “space”. You can enter “1 2 3 4 5” or “1-5” in the corresponding option to do something of digital output No.1-5

It sure would be great to help. Thank you very much. But, in advance, I didn't find DO in IFTTT in the KC868-AK settings, here it only appears Delay and CUSTOM PROTOCOL, according to the printscreen.

yes, because KC868-AI not have digital output ports. so need to use by custom protocol.
you can list your actions you wanted, such as :
1 click: relayX ON, relayX OFF
2 click: xxxxxxxxxxx
hold on: xxxxxxxxxxxx
then i will tell you how to write the custom protocol.
this will need new firmware to support that, we will released it soon, when finished, i will take video for you how to use.

Is this KCS firmware available for KC868 server as well due to KC868 server also have ESP32 attached on the board. Is it can use KC868-AG firmware install into KC868 server?
