I have the same problem.
I have a KC868-A16 rev1.6
433MHz RF remove
I followed the same advice but I still have the same issue with the same error message. What should I do?

usually change usb-c cable, or change usb port, or use another computer for a testing.

I've already done it.
I have a second KC868-A16 card and everything works with the same hardware (usb/power supply/pc)
