RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - admin - 03-14-2025
see floor-34, there is esphome yaml file for esphome new version 2025.2
RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - athxp - 03-31-2025
hi,
I received the board and I would like to use it with home assistant. I don't understand the procedure to make it detected by home assistant...I already have the espHome integration, how should I proceed? Do I have to upload some files to the board?
in addition, I would like to display the sensor values as power (VxI) do I have to write it in the code?
thanks
RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - admin - 03-31-2025
do you using M16v2 board?
RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - athxp - 04-01-2025
yes, the last version.
connecting it via usb to the pc, I did the "prepare for first use" procedure from the web page.
then I copied the 3 folders and the yaml file. however it is offline

yaml file download:
just do as this yaml file, it have updated for newest esphome 2025.2.
RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - athxp - 04-02-2025
I copied the yaml file, and verified that it is correct.
the network parameters, are they automatic? I use lan connection and poe module
RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - admin - 04-02-2025
ethernet is DHCP mode.
RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - athxp - 04-05-2025
I uploaded the updated yaml file. I added static ip and the display on the board lights up, from esp home I see "online" but I can't find it with home assistant.
the part:
esphome:
name: m16
includes:
- zmpt101b/ZMPT101B.h
- zmpt101b/ZMPT101B.cpp
- zmpt101b/zmpt101b_custom_sensor.h
is it correct that it is no longer there?
log shows error on port 6053
RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - admin - 04-05-2025
do you using M16 or M16v2 board? take a photo.
RE: KC868-M16v2 configure yaml for ESPhome - athxp - 04-06-2025
I use m16v2. I recently bought it.
is there a factory reset?
