H32B and H16B Digital input - Dm81 - 03-16-2022

If device is in Client mode, why I don't receive any kind of string (hex, ansistring or else) on my server if digital input change state?
with COLB I receive the string about any input changes
thank you

Note: if want to use alarm message function, you must let your ethernet and wifi work mode=”TCP Server”, “UDP” can’t work for this function. Both ethernet and wifi need set work mode to “TCP Server”.

ok, it works only in server mode otherwise in MQTT mode
what is the maximum voltage that the digital input can support?
thank you

for H32B/H16B , digital input MAX 3.3V
for H32BS, digital input MAX 12v.

Hello
I tested Digital input on H32B (device is set in tcp server mode) and I received message "RELAY-ALARM-x,OK",
I have some questions: (I used a contact to test it)
  •     why I receive message but after few seconds or more?
  •     when input change status again (contact is reopen) why I don't receive a message?

thank you in advance

1. do you have hold on about 1 second for "input" and GND?
2. how many time you released "input" with GND, re trigger again?

  1. yes I do
  2. I try to release input between 1 second and more and more seconds but no message received from server of H32B about "allarm off"
I read here (https://www.kincony.com/smart-controller-development-protocol.html) that the device doesn't send message at status changes about "alarm", is it correct? if yes, is it an error?
thak you

when you need feedback alarm message from TCP, make sure your ethernet and wifi work mode both = "TCP" , no one have set by UDP.
we will upload new firmware for KC868-H32B, that when input and GND released, will send a "DISALARM" message.
