Rotary encoder - pietervanstee - 12-13-2022 Hi there, I'm looking for some information which I can't find about the implementation of a rotary encoder. I assume this can just be used as a binary input device... which occupies 3 inputs? CW, CCW, & push For example: https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005003824684681.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.312737c8V4kOo1&algo_pvid=cdf59db1-f8ce-4a46-9841-52cbc871ac59&algo_exp_id=cdf59db1-f8ce-4a46-9841-52cbc871ac59-14&pdp_ext_f=%7B%22sku_id%22%3A%2212000027280554702%22%7D&pdp_npi=2%40dis%21EUR%212.16%212.04%21%21%21%21%21%402103250d16709245204783603e85ea%2112000027280554702%21sea&curPageLogUid=V7hXBlKonYzV Thanks, Pieter RE: Rotary encoder - admin - 12-13-2022 this you can confirm with aliexpress seller. Ok, but I'm used to use these on my esp32 boards... so they would work on yours too right? They just give a pulse ccw, cw, and on push RE: Rotary encoder - admin - 12-13-2022 ok, if you already work with your esp32 board, i think it's ok, just chose analog input port and digital input port of ESP32 board. |
