Tried this. Tried also waiting >5 seconds after Power On.  Still not working.  After clicking "bootload Detect" button I should see "Open File" button active, correct?

Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I want to get my system back online.  Currently I have lost all control of relays (app not working, remote control not working, push buttons not working).

check your USB-RS232 com port number whether correct.
if really can't work, do you have a JLink USB tool? we can send you MCU firmware.

I do not have JLink USB tool. I did try with another computer running latest version of Windows. Still did not work. Any help is appreciated. Just trying to find out why controller stopped working suddenly. Nothing changed. Only thought I had is possible electrical surge when once I tripped a circuit. I want to rule out firmware first. Can I have a suggestion to try something else? Thank you!

maybe controller is broken, now only have the way is use JLink to download firmware. can you open your controller metal box, take a photo of whole PCB board.
