KS868-A Series multiple questions - spacerunner - 03-14-2023 Hi, just a fest questions about different A-Series ESP32 controllers: 1. Are the dry contact inputs of the KCS868-AI the same as on the KC868-A16/64/128 ? (anti-interference, ling range etc) 2. Can the dry contact inputs of KCS868-AI or KC868-A16/64/128 also be driven by external voltage, such as +5V or +12V? 3. Can the MOSFET outputs of KC868-A16/64/128 also drive +5V instead of 12V/24V? 4. Can the MOSFET outputs of KC868-A16/64/128 drive different voltages per 8-PIN-Block? For example 12V output on A1-A8, 24V output on B9-B16, 5V output on B73-B80? RE: KS868-A Series multiple questions - admin - 03-14-2023 1. yes, all KC868-A series board digital input is same. 2. dry contact input can work for +12v , that means logical "1", acutally >5v for logical "1" is stable. 3. sure, just every 8 channel have "Vin" , you can connect with different voltage, so that mosfet will output different voltage. 4. sure, you are right. every 8 channel mosfet use by one power supply independently. RE: KS868-A Series multiple questions - spacerunner - 03-14-2023 Thank you, so just to make sure again: 1. Driving +5V MOSFET output ist OK? 2. What is the MOSFET output voltage RANGE? RE: KS868-A Series multiple questions - admin - 03-14-2023 1. yes, it's ok. 2. RANGE= 5v---24v DC RE: KS868-A Series multiple questions - dbl0 - 02-20-2025 The mofset chip says it'll take 24VAC in the spec, any reason it won't work from the board side? maybe the led's? I really need to drive 24vac out of this RE: KS868-A Series multiple questions - admin - 02-20-2025 (02-20-2025, 09:07 PM)dbl0 Wrote: The mofset chip says it'll take 24VAC in the spec, any reason it won't work from the board side? maybe the led's? i don't know which board model you are asking. our mosfet output for DC load, not use for AC load. It's board KC868-A16. It looks like the input for each set of 8 mosfet is isolated from the rest of the panel, is that correct? If we add 24vac will it damage the board, or just see the led's not function? RE: KS868-A Series multiple questions - admin - 02-22-2025 KC868-A16 also work with 24V power. if you want use DC24v, suggest use one power supply DC24V for board. Then every mosfet COMMON ports also connect with DC24V power. every 8 channel msofet have one COMMON pin. so 16 channel have two COMMON pins, they are not connected in PCB. They are independent. |
