KC868-32(L) firmware update Issue [Solved] - democles9308 - 07-19-2021
Hello community,
Need some help with updating to latest firmware
Setting :
- KC868 -32 : on cover indicated as 32BC2009xxxxx? on PCB indicated as 32L
- Current firmware : V1.598
- no webpage available? : no response from http://192.168.41.123 ( IP address board)
When I update via the tool KC868-Controller-bootloader every things look fine but when restarting no change ( on info via vircom)
V401_210205.bin : after 'run' command/restart relays 2, 3,4,5 toggle on/off ( was an old test-scene programmed before firmware update saga) - no connection possible with PC software (old & new tool)
V419_210621.bin : idem
V420_210416.bin : after 'run' command/restart relay 2 comes on & stays on - no web access - no control via PC tool
V424_210509.bin : after 'run' command/restart relay 2 comes on & stays on - no web access - no control via PC tool
V429_210522.bin : no relays activated - no web gui - no control via pc control
Can I receive some firmware in Hex (did not found them yet) format to upload it via ST-Tool?
Any other help greatly appreciated

the new firmware is for KC868-H32B, not KC868-H32L.
http webpage work mode only support by KC868-H32B.

OK thanks... not clear as the sticker on the metal cover mentions H32BC2009xxxxx so one could think it's a B and the info given for the bootloader software indicated that i coud bused when code started with H32B.
Where can I find the firmware for the 32L or could you provide it ( Bin or Hex format) so I can 'revive' my board?

Sorry for the inconvenience, you can send Email: hificat@163.com to us to get the KC868-H32L's HEX file, you just use RS232 to download, will be ok.

Well received the files and flashing went well, board is up and running again! Many thanks. Can you add [Solved] to this thread ?
Still a small remark/Question. I have another 32L board ( With with firmware and this device has a web interface where you can change the settings... strang as You mentioned only the B-versions have a web-access... see pics added to this post..

ok, that's new version of small blue ethernet module, just can set the network setting by webpage, not have the functions as same as "B" series relay controller. Because "B" series use different hardware.
