if you using KC868-H32B , just set in network webpage, there is a momentary time option can be set for 1-10000 second.

I don't have an H32B module but an H32L and in the web page I can't find a timer for relays

if you use H32L, you can create scene mode in phone app, add action relay1 ON -> delay 1S -> relay1 OFF is ok.
