H32B smar home app connection - Saif Kitany - 12-07-2024
Hello technical support team,
I have H32b controller, and I use kincony smart home app. I was controlling the H32B by the kincony smart home app (with ethernet cable and UDP mode), and Kbox app (with wifi and TCP server mode)and everything were working perfectly, till my router got broken.
I bought new router, with same gateway ip address as the old one.
Now, the new router, has new wifi network, and i set the new network and password in wifi settings of the H32B, and I succeeded to control the H32B controller by Kbox app, but i still not able to control the H32B controller by kincony smart home app.
Is there any settings i have to update in the router or H32b ethernet settings?

Thanks for the quick reply.
I know that kincony cloud server will stop on 2025, But:
i also have H32W and its still working by the kincony smart home app!
So, why Am I able to control H32W, but not H32B?!!!

but only 22 days, when 2025-1-1 your H32W also can't work with kincony smart home app. cloud server will stop work on 2025-1-1

Got it.
I just wanted to know for the knowledge.
Anyway, i already have 2 Tuya adapters for the 2 controllers H32B and H32W

maybe you need disable router's firewall.

Although you said the gateway IP is the same, ensure the H32B's Ethernet IP isn't conflicting with another device now that you have a new router handing out IPs.
