you have not downloaded BIN file to ESP32, it should have a green color progress bar for 100%.
you can take a video how you download firmware, send to whatsapp.

I did download the BIN file. After the progress bar fills with green I clicked on STOP. This clears the progress bar.
In your example you show the IP addresses as 192.168.1.xxx. I therefore thought that I needed to change my LAN from 192.168.0.xxx to 192.168.1.xxx before using the Scan Tool.
Today i connected the KC868 to my main network, 192.168.0.xxx, ran the Scan Tool and it immediately found the KC868 with an IP of 192.168.0.150.
So I have finally got it working and I can change the password and IP address.

You misunderstood my last post. I have now resolved all the issues I had and I can now connect to the KC868.
