Kinony or plc for smarthome ? renovation - Verresen - 08-05-2025
Hi, I'm slowly starting to think about making my house smart.
(I still need to renovate and update the electrical system.)
I'm torn between a PLC system and Kincony.
I'd like to use Home Assistant. I'd also like to work with sensors.
For example, I'd like to monitor temperature and humidity and apply functions to it (monitor the temperature and humidity in 10 different rooms).
I'd also like to install and control the heating system on it.
A sensor for the rainwater tank. I'd like to monitor the amount of rain and wind outside.
I'd like to install sensors on some windows and doors/gates.
And even equip the mailbox with a sensor (for packages or mail). As you can hear, it's already quite extensive. Could you suggest which Kincony components I should use?
