Hello,

I have problem to connect reed switch (for doors and windows) and (motion sensor).
I trying to use a16v3 as alarm (connection with HA and Alarmo)

1. I have problem because when I connect reed switch Satel K-2 2E the Input alway ON. and when I bring the magnet closer to the read switch nothing changed.
Two cables: 1 GND , 2 DI1

A16v3 is connected to ESP Home.

2. I have second problem with Motion Sensor Satel Graphite. Connect to 12V, GND and Input and is Enabling only when push "tamper switch" and its enabling always. but should enable only when motion sensor it detects movement.

Connection
12v in sensor to 12v in a16v3
COM in sensor to GDN
NC in sensor to Input PIR DI13

Configuration

In LOGS: 
D binary_sensor:041 PIR DI13 New state is ON, pull down form tamper switch and state is OFF.

when A16v3 digtal input short with GND = sensor ON. so make sure your device logical by this way. Maybe you can change your COM, NO, NC port signal for A16v3.

I think there are visible in a16v3 as switch. But via ESP Home there are configured as binary_sensor. As on the photo is door sensor and motion sensor should work ?

1. But state should change when I bring the magnet closer to the read switch. But nothing changed. Wrong configuration? Wrong reed switch?

when A16v3 digtal input short with GND = sensor ON. so make sure your device logical by this way. What I can change?


2. Same with motion sensor. State only change when I push "tamper switch". There is no state change when sensor see the motion.

Maybe you can change your COM, NO, NC port signal for A16v3. How to do that?

i suggest you use multi meter to test, when sensor trigger the output signal.

sure, you can use A16v3 free GPIOs on PCB, connect with two free gpio work as RXD and TXD pin for SIM7600 4G module.

Do you have some yaml file for ESP Home with sim7600e integration ?
