Finally I did update the A16 to the last firmware of Tasmota 13.1.
Now everything is working fine, even the inputs are now in the same order, with the difference, that all now are switches.
I did compile the firmware with the option #define USE_PCF8574_MODE2 where is possible to load a file pcf8574.dat with a template defining all the inputs and outputs as switches and relays only for pcf8574.
Now, there is no need of create rules to connect a input to an output.
