Hi my kc868ak not working. I am able to control my H32BS relay using rs485 through waveshare modbus gateway. But when connected to kc868Ak not working. Please help

Done everything as said in document. My H32BS relay works when using waveshare rs485 gateway. But when I tried connecting gateway to 868Ak, i cannot get any data in node red when button is pressed. How to make sure if ak board is ok
