How to install 4 floor building connection wiring

Information 
How to install 4 floor building every floor 3 room and every room have power switch board, also garage floor have all meter so how to wiring all connection please share your any layout or design.

if you have many relay controller ,every controller have a switch terminal board, just let your wall switch button's line connect to switch terminal board is ok, it's simple. here is diagram: https://www.kincony.com/download/SMART-M...MATION.pdf

Here your meter KC868-Meter-4PV-RS48 showing A -B connection like Data? or else? but we don't have this meter ?

power meter: real time monitoring of voltage, current, electricity consumption and power. Display on electricity meter LCD screen and PC software.
this is a case:

Functions:
1. remote / locally control 16 channel AC220V 1 phase power output by mobile phone and PC application.
2. use dry contactor sensor trigger output power.
3. support connect with analog DC 0-5v sensors and digital sensors and DS18B20 temperature sensors.
4. input sensors trigger output automatic by IFTTT command preset by yourself.
5. connect with network by ethernet.
6. support use RF 433M wireless remoter to control every relay independently
7. use any brand’s dry contactor wall switch button to turn ON/OFF every relay and ALL ON / ALL OFF connect with “switch terminal board”.
8. real time monitoring of voltage, current, electricity consumption and power. Display on electricity meter LCD screen and PC software.
9. support integrate with home assistant by MQTT.
