Do you have a way to automate administrative offices and meeting rooms ?
So that in the case of people, the lighting and air conditioning devices are turned on, and when people leave the administrative offices, all loads are stopped?

i think you can use PIR sensor or exist sensor make a logical with KC868-COLB for auto control lamp and air conditioning.
