Ok, do you have the yaml code for SHT30? Alsoo, does it matter in which place of yaml you write it?

How many of these sensors you can connect in same RS485 (in AIO)?

Can you connect different type sensors at the same time?

What is the maximum cable length for each sensor?

Is shielded cable better after specific length?

it according to your firmware. are you using kincony KCS firmware or config by ESPHome?

if you config by ESPHome yaml, one GPIO support multi sensors ,such as DS18B20. But one GPIO only connect with same type of sensor, can't connect with different sensor model.
it's not easy to say MAX cable , maybe 1 meter , maybe 5 meter, it according to your wire quality.
shielded cable is better for long distance.

So we can connect many SHT30 sensors on RS485 using ESPhome. I thought RS485 supports long cable (like 100 or 300m cable)
