use this new firmware fixed this issue. But before ALL false state, every digital input should have a "true" value before. because when state change to FALSE, then action will work.

Requiring a TRUE condition before a FALSE state to trigger an action is counterintuitive and confusing for users. It creates a situation that resembles a falling edge trigger.
