Control an RS485 device with KC868_A6 from Home Assistant

Hello,
I'm using Home Assistant to control my home.

I bought a KC868_A6 (currenly with Software Version v2.2.14) in order to :

use built-in digital Inputs & outputs
get values from built-in analog inputs
control a PowerFlex 4M AC drive (send commands / receive status) via RS485 port

I'm using protocol MQTT and for 1 & 2, no problem, all works as expected.
But for the 3, I don't know how to proceed. Does someone have an idea please ?

Tasmota Download Issues

Used the Tasmota downloader to attempt to load tasmota32.bin to my new KC868-A4.

Web page shows download successful, but after disconnecting and restoring power, there is no web server showing up. Further, the reset button doesn't cause anything to happen like it did before I downloaded the file.

What do I do now?

If one integrates KC868-A4 to HA with ESPhome, how is the SIM module integrated to send and receive messages. I need direction how to use this module with the SIM Module.

can somebody tell me, how I can connect a inductive proximity switch like the LJ12A3-4-Z BX ( LJ12A3-4-Z BX ) to the A4 Board?

KC-868-A4 0v-5v ADC no where near accurate

Connecting the 0-5v generator to the A3 or A4 the ADC is reporting considerably lower voltages than what is physically generated and measured using a multimeter.

Also if program an event using IFTTT using the ADC voltage to switch a Digital output it will not trigger the event?
E.G. IF AI3 is <=2.00v THEN DO1 to On if I reduce the voltage to AI3 to less than 2.00v or even drop it down to zero volts DI1 output does not change state.

greetings,

I would like to do the followings
3 digital input and one digital output

the trouble that digital input 3 should be permissive low to activiate relay 1.
then I would the software while the relay 1 is activiated, to monitor digital input 3.
if it is remain high, keep relay 1
if it is switch to low , de activate relay 1

if ( digital input 1 == high and digital input 2 == high and digital input 3 == low ( this is will be permissive signal ) )
digital output 1 == high

if ( digital input 1 = low and digital input 2== low )
digital output 1 == low

if ( digital input 3 == low )
delay 1 minute
digital output 1 = low

433MHz sender and recievers

I already have these 433MHz sender and reciever modules are these suitable for the KC-868-A4?

Or are the sender and recievers that Kincony sell designed specifically to work only on the KC-868-A4 board?

0-10v in analog input

please tell me, if I connect a voltage over 10v to the analog input 0-5v, will the port (pin) break? Do I understand correctly that at a voltage above 5v, the value will be 4095?

KC868-A4 not compiling to Arduino

Iam new to KC and I purchased one from Aliexpress.
I connected to my PC through USB-C Type and the serial port was appeared in the Arduino IDE at com3

I have add all the required URL as following in the arduino
1. File
2. Preference
3. I added the link related to ESP.
4.tools-- boards--- boards manager--- esp32 installed.
5. I selected many boards such as nodemcu-32s

when I tried to do compile, there is error message appeared

I tried to change the board type from the arduino, but still same error.

OLED display for A4

Hi,

Is it possible to add an I2C OlED display to the A4 via using the 433MHz PINs? On 1.2.4 board I have those available...

Maybe I could add the display to the DIN plastic enclosure creating a cutout with a dremel and fixing the display with screws, so that some important info could be shown there...

P3 has looking the board from head on:
VCC ? ? GND
Where should the SDA and SCL be connected?

Get PWM out, even by sacrificing other functionality

Hi,

I have a 1.2.4 version A4 board and I was wondering if there are some quick and dirty adjustments to be made potentially even with some small amount of soldering to get a PWM output on the board maybe?

Like I could sacrifice the 433MHz related functionality for examle?

Is there maybe such a modification?

I made the corrections requested by ESPHOME 2024.6.1 for 1 WIRE:

And the sensor was no longer recognized, I am receiving the message in the LOG:

Help me
