I once flashed it with too big a firmware, and it stopped working for me, you said that I need ch341a to flash it now.

which firmware file you have downloaded? which flash tool you have used? take photo.

I can't remember what firmware I last wrote to this 32L, but you said that time that it was too big and the controller needed to be reflashed
I didn't have time to do it that time, but now I'm ready.
When I turn it on, the red LED lights up and the yellow one on the network connector barely lights up, it doesn't show any other signs of life.

take a photo of CPU, at the bottom of PCB, have a big BLACK cpu chip, need to check the model.
