You need these specific dimensions for the Kincony F24 (or F32). I found them on Aliexpress.
I have no idea of the durability of the boards, but if one dies I'll have half of the appartment unusable (lights, heating, shutters), so I chose to spend an extra 300€ to be on the safe side. For the same reason I bought a few spare Omron relays.
Will you install a central control panel? Like a tablet or similar. If yes you should plan at least for power, and possibly network/PoE.
