Home assistant switches work well via ethernet MQTT but do not restore their states after HA reboot (all stay off). Firmware version is H32B_V4.24.

This is because of we have one MQTT state topic for all relays and last state is not persisted by broker. Possible solution here could be to have separate state topics (one per relay) and publishing states with RETAINED flag set.

we will update firmware for HA reboot update state. when finished, i will tell reply you.
