When sending a message from the phone, the device does not respond,
I can only send messages from Kc868-A8S to phone.

if you have downloaded KCS firmware, just create IFTTT command, when received SMS THEN relay output ON/OFF/Toggle.

have downloaded KCS firmware: kCS_KC868_A8S_V2.1.9

you should create IFTTT command, when "SMS"1 THEN RELAY1 ON.
you have not edit the IFTTT command. please see online guide how to create IFTTT by SMS: https://www.kincony.com/esp32-kcsv2-firmware.html
