I am currently using KC868 A16 board with esphome in my homeasssistant. Flashing the board was succesful. I used the yaml code as shown here: https://www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1628 
Outputs from 1 to 16 all are shown in homeassistant dashboard. I am able to even turn on and off from the HA dashboard but nothing changes in the A16 board. Only the output 9 and 10 works. Rest of the outputs show no changes. I have attached my yaml code in .txt file below.

take a photo of your A16 PCB board, post at here.
maybe you need change your PCF8574 i2c address, here is details:

When changed the I2c address its showing errors in log. [attachment=3636] 
I have uploaded a picture of the board. It seems to be of version 1.6[attachment=3637][attachment=3638]
Can you please send me a sample text as for outputs of A16 board using the new I2C address just to be sure if i am using the new I2C addresses correctly.

old address 21,22,24,25 is correct. make sure your home assistant dashboard have added correct switch button.
another way, you can download KCS firmware to test hardware whether well. if KCS firmware work well, then you need to check home assistant config.

I did try the firmware but the result is the same. From all off and on all using kcs firmware also only outputs 9 and 10 seems to be working. I have uploaded a video here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nDBgPV8...sp=sharing

i seen your video, all OUTPUT not work well. can you draw a diagram on a paper, how you wire OUTPUT with load, post at here.

i did make sure that the wiring for the boards were right. is it some sorts of hardware issue?

when you bought the A16 board, from which store URL?

SORRY! the board is all good. working completely fine. It was the Extend Relay's manual switch which were turned on. 
But i am currently facing flashing issue in this A16 board.
I was able to flash this same board earlier once with esphome and next time with Firmware too when you asked to check.
but now when i am trying to flash it back once again with esphome it doesnt seem to be available for flashing. i tried tasmotizer to flash legacy format of esphome into this A16 board but it shows error while flashing.
i also tried the modern format from web.esphome.io where i get error showing "failed to initialize, Please press the boot button".

do you have installed RF433M receiver module? if installed, remove it when download firmware.
