OUTPUT DO1 - Lupi84 - 12-27-2025 The DO1 output physically shows a high state. After uploading new software, when logging in directly to the controller, the inputs and outputs are disabled, but DO1 physically remains on all the time. I have no idea what is causing this. I haven’t connected any relays to the outputs yet. RE: OUTPUT DO1 - admin - 12-27-2025 can you take a photo or video of your problem. RE: OUTPUT DO1 - Lupi84 - 12-27-2025 ALL INPUT - OFF ALL OUTPUT - OFF Nevertheless, the output physically outputs a constant voltage of 12VDC. RE: OUTPUT DO1 - admin - 12-28-2025 take a photo of your AIO board, i want to see how you wire cable. RE: OUTPUT DO1 - Lupi84 - 12-29-2025 Pin 1 -- VIN 12 V DC Pin 3 -- wyjście 2 Pin 2 - wyjście 1 (światło) RE: OUTPUT DO1 - admin - 12-29-2025 if you disconnect the output1 wire, the OUTPUT1 LED also is ON? Yes The remaining outputs that are defined in the HA code work properly. RE: OUTPUT DO1 - admin - 12-30-2025 can you resolder the pcb, maybe need replace the output1's mosfet. MOSFETs may be subject to electrostatic breakdown. RE: OUTPUT DO1 - Lupi84 - 12-30-2025 I think I have a friend who can handle this soldering for me. Could you give me the circuit board diagram and tell me which component might need to be replaced and its symbol? |
