I have the A8V3 and I can't get this to flash via USB.

I followed those instructions but when I hit start, the board cycles the relays a number of times then returns "2-sync fail Tips: Please refer to the chip datasheet and confirm that the strapping pins's status is correct"
I've tried the baud 921600 as well as 115200 and 1152000, same results.

A8v3 use by ESP32S3, so you should download KCS v3 firmware,
this is KCS v3 online guide: https://www.kincony.com/how-to-use-kcsv3-firmware-esp32-board.html
you are seeing KCS v2 online guide, that not for A8v3.

Hi, with the T64M module, there's no option to select momentary mode on the output page. There's only Hold or Delay. Can you check?

which fimrware version you are using? take a photo of your screen that no option.
