RF signal learnt but when i press transmit there is no signal sent?

I press transmit and got the trasmitted msg but it cant control the device, may i know the reasons?

There is no error message. only show transmit success. but my device does not receive any signal. I have tried my device controller, it is working well. Thanks.

i have tried to re learn the signals a few times and the AG is very near the devices.

maybe the wireless code not supportted. do you have tested another RF device.
another way, you can open AG BLACK plastic shell, test whether work well. open it , take a photo.
