A32Pro Firmware Update Fail

I'm unable to update firmware on my A32Pro.  

The flash downloader works fine, ESP32S3, develop, USB.  Port COM3 good.  Start.  Green bar grows, but finishes at 40% (between STOP and ERASE).

Tried holding DL button and turn on device.  No change.

Device now appears to be locked.  No LCD display, no network connection, no Wifi.

How do I restore to factory and or hard reset?

1. power off A32Pro.
2. hold on DW (download) button, don't move your finger.
3. power on of A32Pro
4. release your finger.
5. Then A32Proenter bootloader mode. download firmware again.

I tried that multiple times.  On the A32Pro the button is DL not DW for download.

I press start and the green bar grows, stops at 40%, waits and then flies to the end.

I restart and no change.

The device appears dead.  No LCD, no initial relay sequence, nothing.

The device was working perfectly 10 days ago.  I put aside before installation in DB. When turned on, no connection.

The download stops at 40% progress, pauses and races to end.

The device cannot be found on network using UDP Tool, KBox, IP address.
LCD is blank.
No LAN lights.
No wifi link.

I have setup many E16S no problem.  I am not the issue.

What can I do?  Factory flash the ESP32S3?

the video showed downloaded 100%, no problem.
where is issue? if you can't download, you can try to change USB-C cable, and lower your baud rate.

what was Your solution, I have similar problem - all shows that OK but status green bar don't moving at all
