Kincony not started.

I have a Kincony KC868 A8 V3.1 board. After flashing the firmware and powering it on, the display shows "Kincony" and the yellow LED starts blinking. The board doesn't display the IP address. What's wrong with the board?

take a photo of your pcb board. take a photo of your esp32 download tool setting when you download firmware.
