A32pro issue

My A32 pro got stuck, no response. 
In tuya app it shows me that the device is online, but when turn on any switch in the app, no response in the device.

Also i can’t login to the device setup by the IP address.

The device shows on the display the word “welcome”, it blinks every 5 seconds, and it doesn’t show the ip address on the display.

What should i do in this case?

what firmware version you are using?
whether before work well, now can't work. Or never work well ?

The current version is the last one v3.22.0.
It worked well with it. But after a while it suddenly stucked!!

can you replace a new power supply for testing.

I just downloaded the firmware v3.22.0 again, and now it’s working well.

I was thinking about the reason why it got stucked?
I was doing some fast swithing relays, and after it got stucked. And after seeing that you release new firmware v3.23.2, it has the fix of fast swiching relay. And this was the reason that my A32 pro got stucked.

yes, newest firmware have fixed some bug.
