firmware problems

Hi 
I cant get my ag pro that i have just purchased from you to work.
I have flash kcs kc 868 ag v2.2.2.bin file to this via your flash downloader tool and cant find it on your scan device it only finds my new a32pro that i have just installed.
I am am not sure if this is the correct kcs firmware as i have looked on all you pages and forums related to kcs firmware and vids and there is not a direct link to this  not like the a32pro which was easy to do.
Can you please help me..

if you want use zigbee sensor with AG pro? if YES, please download tsamota firmware to enable zigbee.
AG Pro not use by KCS firmware, mainly use by tasmota or config by ESPHome.

I had a problem, when I add to HA the buttons to send the signal do not appear.

your quesiton is not clearly, i don't know which contorller you are using. how you did in details.

when I use the KCS firmware, and add it to the home assistant, it does not appear the buttons to send the code, just like in the photo, I have already added the go codes there in the ks, but they do not appear in the home assistant

in KCS monitor webpage, when you preseed one IR button, whether ico will turn GREEN color?
