ESP32S3 Chip efuse check error

Hi

i just received my order with KC868-A16v3 ESP32-S3 16 channel, Im trying to install kincony firmware but dowload tool keeps giving me error:

[ESP8266Loader_spi[1]][espDownloader.py][line:594][ERROR]: ESP32S3 Chip efuse check error esp_check_mac_and_efuse.

Can you please help me with this?

take a screen photo how you setting when download firmware.

Hi,

problem was probably in connection via USB HUB, when i disconected evertything from pc and connected device directly, software was installed without any issue. And now i can connect to IP which i can see on internal display. So for now everything seems to be OK.

Similar problem here but it was the USB-C extension

usually need chose a high quality USB-C cable, connect to computer USB port directly.
