Problem with KC868-A16 Firmware

I have problems. It doesn't connect.

when you download firmware ,remove 433M receiver.
make sure you have chose chip type is "ESP32".

I don't have 433M receiver and I select ESP32

Finally I record KCS_KC868_A16_V2.2.12.bin
But I can't connect 
UDP Scan doesn't found the device IP
I connect A16 with RJ45 wire to the AP and Wi-Fi connect my laptop to AP (like YouTube video)
Please. Can you help me
